Components:-

• Crab Standard C25 It consist a tube Ø 48.3mm with four stirrups welded at 90° at 0.50m intervals. One end forms a spigot to centre the standards and avoid any disconnecton. They can be pinned together.
• Crab Ledger Ø 48.3mm x 2.7mm thick. It is made of Ø 48.3mm tube with a wedgeclamp at both ends.
• Crab Jackbase C25 / 500 Jack base is used to compensate the ground unevenness and to level the shoring structure. Weight = 3.19 kg Ø 38mm x 4mm thick | Plate thickness 6.0mm
• Crab Board Bearer It is designed to accommodate primary and secondary bearer for shoring. Weight = 4.0kg Ø 48.3mm x 4mm thick | Plate thickness 9.0mm
• Crab Toeboard It is 150mm high in compliance with the regulations. It is secured by mere housing into the stirrups of the standards.
• Crab Board Bearer It cuts the span of the boards which constitute the working or access areas.
• Crab Walking Board It is a metal platorm made of galvanized steel perforated sheet. Fix to ledger by four U- shaped hooks with locking and anti-lifting device.
• Crab Brace Ø 38mm x 2.7mm thick It consists of Ø 38mm tube with wedges at both ends with a wedgelocking bolt. It ensures the structure lateral stability. Its size is determined by the braced bay height (H) and the length (L)
• Crab Reinforced Ledger It enables to increase the platorm working load.
• Crab Ladder Beam 4m or 5m It is 150mm high in compliance with the regulations. It is secured by mere housing in the stirrups of the standards.
• Crab S – Pin C25 S-Pin is used to secure the tower for lifting.
